The funds raised during the issue will be used, first of all, to implement the next stage of the company’s investment development. The European Rehabilitation Center is intended by the Company to be an ultra-modern facility consisting of three buildings in which patients with orthopedic and neurological disorders will be comprehensively treated. The facility will meet the highest quality standards, using all available technologies, including 5G. The designer of the facility is the Polish architectural firm Archimed, specializing in medical construction, which in the last 10 years has designed most of the medical facilities built in the region of Central and Eastern Europe. The ERC will include the existing facility of the Rehabilitation Clinic (as of 2015), the planned Hospital (with an area of about 7.5 thousand square meters) and, in the next stage, a rehabilitation-hotel (with an area of about 7 to 8 thousand square meters).
The entire complex will thus have an area of more than 16 thousand square meters. ERC is located in an excellent location. 20 minutes by car from the largest Polish airport in Poland’s capital, Warsaw. 20 minutes from the center of Warsaw, a few minutes from the center of Piaseczno, a 100,000-strong satellite town of the Capital, and literally minutes from the center of the beautiful Konstancin-Jeziorna health resort.  ERC will be  built on investment land owned by the company. It is over 30 thousand sqm of investment land in the best and most expensive location in Poland with full infrastructure (sewerage, water supply, electricity , gas, fiber optics…), and additionally with its own deep-water intake of drinking water.

Today, Constance Care is a joint-stock company whose shares are listed in the alternative trading system of the NewConnect market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The company owns investment areas and runs a professional medical center for neurological, orthopedic and neuropsychological rehabilitation of children and adults, located approx. 20 km from the center of the capital of Poland – Warsaw and approx. 20 minutes from the largest international airport, Okęcie, in Konstancin-Jeziorna, Kierszek.The motto used at the Constance Care Rehabilitation Center is that nothing is impossible and even in almost hopeless cases, when doctors say that the wheelchair is your future, we succeed more than anywhere else, even returning to independent walking.

The latest technologies, including the world’s only active HAL robot for gait therapy, used in Constance Care for 6 years on the basis of partnership with the most innovative manufacturer of robots in the world – Japanese Cyberdyne (University of Tokyo) and many other robotic systems supporting therapies in combination with an excellent group doctors and physiotherapists is a unique mix, giving hope and results. Rehabilitation is carried out both in the outpatient and inpatient form. Patients are offered a holistic approach, meaning that each patient has an individualized treatment process. We do not have a group therapy formula, each patient is different and you have to work with each according to individual indications.

Constance Care is also technological competence, cooperation with universities, implementation of R&D projects, training in the use of medical technologies and an offer to optimize ideas and needs in terms of development plans and activities of even the largest medical units, selection and delivery of devices – this is the Constance in sky. Constance Care is a commercial offer of carefully selected, top-class devices for rehabilitation and optical diagnostics. Contracts signed with Fujifilm, Cyberdyne and ExoAtlet are the best examples of this.

Constance Care is an idea for the development of medical services in Poland, an example of which is the establishment of the “Healthy Life” consortium in partnership with the provinces of Warmia and Mazury and Silesia, universities, large business entities and social organizations, the project is already in the implementation phase, approved by the European Commission .

Constance Care is an own production of elements and devices for rehabilitation (Want2Walk) carried out in cooperation with the Polish partner STK Technology

In the near future, Constance Care is a Hospital and Medical Competence Center – European Rehabilitation Center – a facility at the highest world level using technologies based on 5G – a project ready to obtain a construction permit, with the assumption of launching by the end of 2024. It is also another stage of development of the European Rehabilitation Center – in the same location – a residence and rehabilitation center with a research and development center with plans for implementation in the years 2025 – 2026.
