REAL24 offers an accessible and user-friendly peer-to-peer investment platform that bridges investors and business founders, facilitating finance for progressive ideas and sharing future profits or revenues.

REAL24 is a virtual asset service provider (VASP), registered with the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) in Luxembourg for AML/CFT supervision.

REAL24 provides the following services as defined for virtual asset service providers under the Law of 12 November 2004 on the fight against money laundering and terrorism financing, and specifically the services listed under Article 1, paragraph 20quater under subparagraphs (c), (d), and (e), namely:

1. The transfer of virtual assets;
2. The administration of virtual assets or instruments enabling control over virtual assets; and
3. The participation in and provision of financial services related to an issuer’s offer or sale of a virtual asset.

REAL24 also acts as an agent of a payment institution and is subject to the supervision of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) in Luxembourg and the Autorite de Control Prudentiel et de Resolution (ACPR) in France.
