Can I use my investor account?

No. Agents work in a separate account in the Real24 agent portal, so apply with an email address that has no other Real24 account. If you also invest, keep your investor account on its own email.

I’m a freelancer. Can I still join?

Yes. Choose “Independent agent”. Real24 checks your identity, licence and proof of address, and once you’re approved you sell in your own name and commission is paid to you.

What if my agency isn’t on Real24?

Register it. Choose “Register my agency” and add the company’s registration and licence. You become the agency’s admin, and once Real24 verifies it your colleagues can join it. If someone has already registered your agency, we’ll offer to send them a request to join instead.

What if my agency declines or doesn’t answer?

You don’t have to start again. You can switch to another agency or apply as an independent agent from the same application, and the documents you already uploaded stay with it.

Who sees my documents?

Only you and Real24’s compliance team. Agencies never see your identity documents: they see your name, contact details, licence number and message, and whether Real24’s review is done.

How long does verification take?

Usually a couple of business days. Real24’s document review and your agency’s confirmation run at the same time, and you can follow both on your application page. We’ll email you as soon as you’re approved, or if anything needs changing.
