How it works
From submission to listing.
Every property is reviewed by our team. Not every property is accepted, and an accepted property is only listed once the checks are done and the terms are agreed with you.
- Step 1: Submit your property≈ 10 minTell us about the property, add photos and the documents you have. You need a Real24 account to submit.
- Step 2: Our team reviews itWe go through the details and documents and may ask you questions. You follow everything on your submission page.
- Step 3: Valuation and legal checksFor properties we take further: an independent valuation, title and legal checks, and the terms of the offering.
- Step 4: ListingOnce everything is agreed with you, the property can be listed and offered to investors through verified agents.

- Address, category and size in m²
- Year built and number of units
- Current use: you use it, it’s rented out or vacant
- Annual rental income, if rented
- Your estimate of its value
- How much of it you’d like to tokenize, as a share or an amount
- Who owns it (you or a company) and any mortgage
Photos and documents
- PhotosUp to 20 (JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC)
- Title deed or land registry extract
- Floor plans
- Valuation report, if you have one
- Energy certificate
- Rental contracts, if rented
